The Role 

We have an amazing opportunity to join our CCEP team in this role of Project Manager which will assist with our EWM rollout. This is a contract role for an initial 16 month period with strong view to extend beyond this. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing the project from the initial ideation, through execution and finally to completion of the implementation team EWM project/

s. They will coordinate people and processes to deliver their projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to the overall EWM program objectives.

A key part of a Project Manager’s role is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of the project/s and as such, the Project Manager will also act as a point of contact, and escalation, between the project team and wider EWM program. They use project management tools such as Microsoft Project and PowerPoint to plan, monitor and regularly report to stakeholders on the progress of the project.

Key Responsibilities   

  • Lastly, during the embed phase the Project Manager will coordinate and deliver the implementation team PIR.

  • Demonstrated Project Management experience managing complex activities through to completion.

  • Prior experience within similar program roll out ideal.

  • Manufacturing, Logistics and systems knowledge (e.g., SAP, WMS, APO, Microsoft suite)

  • Autonomous, driven and able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
