The Digital Modernization Finance team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst Lead to be a key contributor for a Leidos focus program with total contract value over $2B and annual revenue north of $200M that delivers IT solutions to our NASA customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of annual planning and quarterly forecast processes, including review of summary financials, establishing timelines, preparing presentations for management and oversight of submissions and commentary for the NASA AEGIS Program
Lead the planning and forecasting inclusive of Balance Sheet & Cash Flow, coordination of key drivers with various functional areas and updating planning models as the business evolves
Prepare monthly program reporting for monthly operating review (MOR), In Process Review (IPR) and AEGIS Monthly Status Review (AMSR)
Plan and support long range financial plans that are consistent with both short-term and long-term corporate objectives
Create robust internal reporting to provide necessary information to senior management and program stakeholders
Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor financial results and enable strategic decision-making.
Assist with identifying potential accounting issues and driving the resolution to ground
Partner with the broader finance organization to drive process and systematic improvements across the company
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years (or Master’s degree and at least 6 years) of finance experience (FP&A, Pricing, Program Finance)
Positive can-do attitude with success leading projects under tight timelines
Expertise in financial modelling, including integration between income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow
Comfortable presenting to senior program and line management and can clearly communicate ideas and articulate findings while maintaining a hands-on approach
Preference for knowledge and experience with GAAP financial statement reporting and accounting methods
Understanding of accounting, EACs, and booking rates
Excellent communications and problem solving skills
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Leidos Financial Systems such as Insight, Costpoint, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Cognos, Power BI, and ServiceNow
Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 – $157,450.00
