Senior Manager, Order Management

In our high-growth, execution-focused software company, we’re looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager of Order Management. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer onboarding, order processing, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate can navigate both high-volume and high-profile customers and manage their orders through the revenue cycle. This role will collaborate closely with leaders across Deal Desk, Sales, Renewals and Finance to support and implement a collaborative environment and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop best practices and lean processes to ensure timely and accurate orders through the sales process.

  • Provide direction, training and leadership for the Order Management teams (approximately 10 employees) in multiple locations to support the onboarding of customers and accurate invoicing.

  • Ensure accurate records in the accounting system (NetSuite) based on sales orders from the CRM system (SalesForce.com).

  • Manage customer invoicing requirements including purchase orders and supplier portals.

  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and especially with Sales and Renewal reps to ensure orders are executed in line with customer expectations.

  • Produce reports and metrics as needed to ensure high quality results and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Order Management with preference to the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry.

  • Demonstrates initiative and critical problem-solving skills to drive large-scale projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative and strong attention to details.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume and multiple deadlines.

  • Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office or similar applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Accounting or Finance.
