YOUR OPPORTUNITY

A fabulous position has become available for a motivated Team Assistant/Executive Assistant with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to support the Grant Thornton Private Business Tax and Advisory team in Adelaide.

In this fast-paced, varied role, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks to support our team and learn from the best.

  • General administrative duties such as electronic filing, scanning and document management

  • Take ownership of client records and administration across all platforms

  • Collaborate with corporate secretarial team

  • Prepare proposals

  • Create client packs

  • ATO calls and follow ups

  • Workflow scheduling

  • Diary and travel coordination

  • Event management

  • Internal team communication

  • Proactively anticipate needs and support required by the team

SOUND LIKE YOU?

This role will suit an individual with at least 3 years administration / executive assistant experience.

As an internal client-facing role, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, as are a strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters.

A high level of initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise is a valuable skill that you will develop and utilise.

Required

  • Tech savvy – can pick up systems and processes quickly

  • CRM experience, Salesforce highly regarded

  • Innovative, organised, and efficient – able to bring new ideas and improvements to the table

  • Team player, great communicator

  • Curios – takes and interest in the business and wants to understand it

  • High-level organisation, timekeeping, and prioritisation skills

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
