Bookkeeper/Administration Manager at Recruitment Expert

Our Client

Our client is well-established in the hospitality/tourism industry near Darwin. With exciting new changes and expansive plans on the horizon, they seek a detailed-oriented person to run the financial and administrative aspects of the business. The role is a bookkeeping/administration management position, with many perks and challenges included. 

   

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Attending to the day-to-day financial operations within the Group (Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll)

  • Data entry and maintenance of the XERO ledger

  • Implement and support month-end and year-end procedures.

  • Administration and organization of building and tenancy records.

  • Liaising with stakeholders including owners, accountants, lawyers, and banks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Can be qualified by experience but CA/CPA ideal but not essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HANDS-ON finance role

  • Experience in the Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel industry or Property Management well regarded

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

  • Advanced computer software experience, including Excel and XERO well regarded
