The Finance Team is responsible for executing Imprint’s financial strategy and empowering teams with insightful analysis, cross functional collaboration, and operational rigor. We work closely with our leaders, investors, Bank Partners, and merchant partners to execute company strategy and build financial discipline as we scale through our next stage of hyper-growth.
The Financial Analyst role will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to assist in decision-making processes. This role will participate in budgeting and cost management activities, helping organizations optimize their financial resources. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry are also essential. This role will help with ad hoc analysis/tasks as needed.
Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Stay updated with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes
Participate in ad hoc projects, such as benchmarking analysis and financial system implementation.
Assist the accounting team with expense tracking and forecasting
Document and update the finance processes on a regular basis
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Financial services industry experience
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Periscope)
