  • Advocate on behalf of the user in business decisions; advise stakeholders based on user data

  • Engage with team members in peer review of research and design

  • Effectively document research and test results for Product Managers and Engineers

  • Estimate accurate timelines for deliverables, while being flexible as priorities change

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, psychology, human factors, or related field OR equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years professional experience in UX Research or Product Research (B2B SaaS) preferred

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Experience conducting research and analyzing data in order to make data-driven decisions and measure product success

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to define and test new features

  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods

  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate between teams

Tools we have:

  • Slack

  • Microsoft O365

  • Figma

  • Mixpanel

  • Grain (for customer interviews)

Do you think you have what it takes but don’t necessarily meet all the requirements? Apply anyway – you could be exactly who we are looking for!
