May Include:
- Purchasing
- Place orders for warranty parts
- Order entry
- Set orders for deliveries, coordinate deliveries, collect C.O.D. prior to shipment if necessary
- Receive and process delivery damages, pictures, situation summaries and filing reports
- Key returns, follow up on old returns and old orders
- Writing credits
- Problem solve issues, backorders, cabinet inspection forms
- Other duties assigned by manager
Knowledge and Skills:
- Customer services or sales experience kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or relatable industry.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Communication and listening skills
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Cabinet Background a plus
Schedule
- Typical workdays are Monday-Friday
