Marketing Content Lead at AMN Healthcare Inc. 

The Content Management Lead is responsible for writing and managing content in support of company initiatives, external communications and all marketing deliverables. This position works across multiple AMN brands, channels and audiences; including corporate, client and candidate. The Lead applies sophisticated written communication skills, apply and manage content management systems, and develops meaningful messaging to appropriately speak to all AMN audiences. This individual will assist in the written component of campaigns and promotions aimed at improving both client and candidate acquisition and retention via email marketing, videos, social media, paid campaigns, SEO, presentation support and more. The Lead is an integral part of campaign planning and execution, working closely with the AMN Client and Candidate Experience teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Builds internal and external content, including white papers/presentations, blogs, survey narratives, web and microsites content, collateral, advertising, sales materials, e-mail and other digital campaigns, editorial-style articles and newsletter copy, personal profiles, speeches, video and radio scripts, social media posts, employee communications, announcements, media responses, and press releases.

  • Writes clear, concise and engaging content that is grammatically accurate.

  • Proofreads material to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Translates sophisticated concepts into easy-to-understand content that is concise and compelling.

  • Project management, including management of execution of multiple projects, setting project goals, identifying project requirements, delegating tasks, as well as overseeing adherence to budget, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Works closely with internal and external graphics professionals on creation of visual content to support communications (images, graphics, infographics, social shareable, and video).

  • Assists with other internal and external communications activities, as advised.

  • Drives content strategy, high-quality, and high-touch materials, with accurate tone, messaging and efficiency, providing value for the AMN brand & core messages.

  • Ensures Web sites maintain a high level of quality and integrity emphasizing style, efficiency and maintainability and that Internet sites align with corporate messaging and communications standards.

  • Identifies and calls out potential process streamlines in order to increase business results.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

  • 5+ years marketing/website/editorial/process development

  • 5+ years of proven experience in content management and writing for the web

Pay Rate: $74,500 – $88,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
