Chatterboxes, a team of experts and innovators within the pediatric speech-language pathology field, is seeking an exceptional contractor to support the ongoing print design marketing needs of our passionate group of superwomen helping to improve the lives of children.  Over the last fourteen years we have consistently pioneered new business model innovations and we’re just getting started!

The Opportunity

We value close-knit collaboration and strong relationships and invite applications from individuals interested in making a long term contractor commitment to our mission of at least two years.  We are seeking someone to work virtually on a 1099 / part time, project based capacity.  In this role, you will work directly with our Leadership team to produce marketing related collateral by applying digital design skills to create engaging and visually appealing content for marketing purposes.

The successful candidate will be innately motivated to produce high quality marketing materials that support our practice’s tactical and strategic goals.  A strong creative and digital design skillset will be important to meet the needs of our growing practice.

This is a part-time, virtual contractor position working on a project basis as-needed.  Time commitment  will vary depending on the needs of the business and seasonality.  Compensation will be determined by an hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create Branded SLP Resumes clearly outlining the qualifications and experience of each of our SLP’s including successful stories and case studies or testimonials demonstrating successful outcomes with school clients.  QR codes will link to our website.

  • Create and order business cards for our two sales related team members

  • Produce Teacher Giveaways.  Creatively consider cost effective ways to brand physical items with the Chatterboxes logo that teachers will find useful such as pens, stress balls, notepads, etc.

  • Create design friendly one-pagers highlighting our service offerings which can be provided to prospective clients in digital forma as well as printed format.  

  • Produce a branded presentation folder to neatly hold all of our patient materials with organized sections for easy access.

  • Produce monthly marketing mailing materials to support the cultivation and growth of our pediatrician referral network.  Examples of materials include personalized one-pagers articulating our commitment to child development & neurodiversity affirming care, child friendly graphics and images complimenting copy explaining our various therapy service offerings, information describing the accessibility of our home services, branded giveaways, developmental milestone pocket guides, testimonials and endorsements.

  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing materials for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, one-pagers and mailings

  • Update our website using no-code Instapage software.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of work solely created by you showcasing your writing and digital design skills.

  • Exceptional writing skills: You have a way with words and can create compelling content that resonates with readers.

  • Ability to dial up and down time as needed based on project requirements.  Available for approximately 10-15 hours per month.

  • Exceptional digital design skills

  • Experience creating marketing collateral in a project based contractual role

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
