What you’ll do…
What you’ll do:
- Data Analysis & Accuracy: Analyze and ensure the accuracy of fuel inventory data, comparing internal data with third-party sources, budgets, or actual results. Research risks and compliance concerns, analyze financial data, key performance indicators, and metrics, and evaluate trends using financial models, plans, and tools. Conduct analyses for both special and recurring fuel inventory projects.
- Strategic Insights & Reporting: Organize data-driven analysis and insights to support fuel inventory management strategies. Serve as the analytics subject matter expert, report insights in a consistent format, monitor and report on fuel inventory strategies, and collaborate with internal and external partners to build accurate fuel inventory plans. Provide expert advice on the application of best fuel inventory management practices.
- Member Service & Reporting: Provide reporting and communication on fuel inventory levels and trends. Prepare information and supporting documentation, support key fuel inventory management processes, and serve as an information resource. Offer guidance and recommendations based on defined fuel inventory management policies and practices, support relationships with key stakeholders, and resolve issues by answering questions and providing documentation.
- Process Execution & Compliance: Execute fuel inventory management processes across different business areas to ensure efficiency and compliance. Establish timelines, workflows, and requirements; support and develop training; create, verify, and distribute fuel inventory management documentation; review results; manage and verify key fuel inventory management functionality and controls; and load appropriate fuel inventory data.
- Member Support & Data Tools: Support member requests and needs by utilizing analytical tools, extracting and consolidating relevant fuel inventory data, determining layout and formatting, analyzing delivery methods, and identifying root causes and solutions across supported fuel inventory systems.
- Expertise & Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of fuel inventory management action plans. Provide expert advice and guidance, support efforts to meet member and business needs, and build commitment for perspectives and rationales.
- Business Solutions & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide and support the implementation of fuel inventory management solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, executing necessary fuel inventory management processes, monitoring progress, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands and organizational changes.
- Compliance & Ethics: Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Incorporate these principles into fuel inventory management plans, use the Open Door Policy, and assist others in applying these standards in fuel inventory management processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
