Carey has also developed the Carey Right Track Foundation, Avenir Leadership Institute, and Carey Hope, each of which serve both on and well beyond our campuses. Our colleges serve the educational needs of over 2000 students across two campuses (Harrisdale and Forrestdale).

Job Description

The Opportunity

Serving as an extension of Carey’s Director of Education (DOE), you will be required to provide professional and personal assistance, enabling the DOE to effectively focus on high-level leadership and strategic functions. This includes administrative and secretarial support for designated committees and work groups, correspondence and diary management, preparation and briefing on various meetings and events, and liaising with school leaders, all levels of the college community and external agencies, and the effective workflow and operation of the DOE’s office. The EA is the first point of contact with people internal and external to Carey. The role requires handling highly confidential and sensitive matters.
