What this opportunity involves:
As the Operations Manager, you will proactively supervise the day-to-day onsite activities, ensuring satisfactory property operation with relation to maintenance, capital works and general building operations with minimal disruption to tenants.
Imperative to success will be the prioritisation of the health and safety of visitors and occupants, property presentation and client strategy implementation.
An overview of the role:
Uphold JLL values and reputation as a Property Agent
Lead by example as a senior member of the Centre Management team
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with retailers/tenants
Maintain optimal asset condition, safety, operation, compliance and presentation
Develop and deliver operational and capital expenditure budgets
Ensure contractors provide JLL’s client with a value for money outcome
Assist in the tendering of key contracts and maintain existing contracts in accordance with established agreements
Monitor asset energy performance and provide a continuous improvement approach towards sustainability targets
Conduct appropriate risk management programmes

Proven Facilities/Operations experience, preferably in a commercial setting
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Proven customer service/client satisfaction
Effective management and liaison with business partners
Experienced with managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets and financial acumen
Understanding and prioritisation of health, safety and security requirements
Driven to work towards sustainability targets within the assigned portfolio
