In this role, you will be responsible for handling new and existing accounts in your assigned Sales region.
This position is home-based within the Gulf Region.
Implementation of the Tradebe third-party sales strategy to grow and maintain our current customer base, as well as grow new customers to achieve desired sales objectives and goals within specified time frame; and to effectively use our information management systems in order to provide daily and weekly updates to upper management.
Maintaining and growing our existing customer base at the direction of the EVP of Sales and the regional manager, and for achieving monthly sales goals
Be responsible for making a minimum number of customer and prospect sales calls per week
Developing and executing a territorial business plan
Developing and maintaining territorial market information with the assistance of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Regional Sales Manager
Present Tradebe’s full service capabilities to potential customers, including Field Services, R/R and Tradebe Direct Services
Be responsible for making service calls on our current customer base and for selling deep into these accounts by utilizing all of Tradebe services
Understand service capabilities to effectively communicate to customers and prospective customer’s possible recycling goals and initiatives
Offer guidance with the completion of Tradebe’s profile documents
Assist in the completion of requests for bids and proposals
Follow-up on the status of quotations and bids in order to secure new business, are required
Will also participate in trade shows
Assist in the collection of delinquent receivables, when requested
Make routine phone calls to the CSR to discuss account activity
Complete all required paperwork in a timely matter
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry is preferred, but other degrees and/or industry experience will be considered
Five years of experience in the environmental service industry, are required.
The selected candidate must be able to travel within assigned territory making sales calls to current and prospective new customers
Must be an effective, persuasive speaker, and writer that can present Tradebe services to gain customer growth.
Verbal and written communication skills to present multi-lines of services
Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of information management systems
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in order to achieve goals, is required.
The ability to pass a pre-employment job demand analysis, drug test, and background check, are required.
