A healthcare company in Newton is looking for entry level customer service reps to join their healthcare call center
Description:
- Inbound and outbound calls with patients
- Create orders and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by care professional
- Provide excellent customer service
- Educate patients on financial responsibility when applicable
Location:
Shift:
- Monday to Friday (8 hour shift from 8am to 7pm)
- 8am to 5pm
- 9am to 6pm
- 10am to 7pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
- 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant are acceptable)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred not required:
- Experience in a health care role
- Experience taking inbound calls
- Candidates CNA experience and good medical terminology
Work Environment:
- This will be an onsite position for 90 days minimum. The candidates will have the option of going remote after 90 days IF they are performing at a high level and approved by the supervisors
