Join a leading healthcare workforce technology organization that develops the software powering critical healthcare recruiting and workforce management operations nationwide. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity, with team members distributed across the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones. You’ll work with a modern data stack built around dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and cloud-native technologies to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
This fully remote role is ideal for a seasoned data engineer who wants to make a significant impact within a growing and highly collaborative organization. The team is seeking a strong dbt practitioner with experience building transformation frameworks from the ground up and a deep understanding of modern analytics engineering practices. Beyond core data engineering responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to influence reporting strategy, build integrations with business-facing platforms, help evaluate future analytics tools, and contribute to the evolution of the company’s data ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
· 6+ years of Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related experience
· 3+ years of hands-on dbt experience ( required )
· Strong experience building and maintaining dbt projects from the ground up
· Expert-level SQL skills
· Hands-on experience with Snowflake

· Python
· Fivetran
· Power BI or other enterprise reporting platforms
· Cloud-native data platforms and tooling
· CI/CD practices for analytics engineering
