As a graduate of 2023, I've been working in different fields to find my strengths and find the optimal position for my life. A passion for computers, writing, and digital art have lead me into the online world with self-management and marketing. My ideal position is in a work place that has high expectations I can thrive to meet, with the right amount of pressure and support. My personal belief is that communication is a number one must, and that most if not all issues could be solved with communication and empathy.
I work with autistic children who experience behavioral issues, and I work closely with BCBA's and other RBT's on coordinating care for these children. My job role includes accurate data tracking, reporting new findings of behaviors, and making detailed reports daily on different sessions all whilst dealing with highly physically demanding activities.
I worked with autistic children on implementing plans, and addressing challenging behaviors whilst keeping the child safe and well taken care of.
