We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead our high-volume AP function and supervise one team member. What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process in a high-volume environment
- Lead, coach, and support one Accounts Payable team member
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor payments
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor AP aging, reconciliations, and month-end activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement better ways of working
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Accounts payable experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Experience working in a high-volume AP environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ERP and accounting software experience
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to bring new ideas forward
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working as part of a team
