We are hiring two Client Partners for Slalom’s Northern California market: one focused on the SaaS portfolio and one focused on the Semiconductor portfolio to lead the growth of strategic technology industry client portfolios. Each role may be filled at the Director or Senior Director level, based on the candidate’s experience:

    • Client Partner, Semiconductor Portfolio: Build and expand relationships with semiconductor, chip design, equipment, manufacturing, hardware, and advanced technology organizations.

As a Client Partner, you’ll deepen and expand high-value client partnerships, oversee complex portfolios of consulting work, and drive innovation and growth across your accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders and Slalom capability leaders to shape solutions, guide delivery, identify opportunities, and bring the right Slalom capabilities to client challenges.

You’ll be a trusted advisor on business and technology transformation. You’ll help clients set direction and turn strategic priorities into measurable change across business strategy, operating models, customer and employee experience, processes, and Technology, Data, Cloud, Engineering, and AI.

What You’ll Do

    • Serve as a senior accountable executive for strategic clients within either the SaaS or Semiconductor industry portfolio, building trusted relationships across multiple business groups.
    • Own and grow a multimillion-dollar book of business through consultative selling, pursuit leadership, and expansion strategies, with annual revenue targets of $5M+ at the Director level and $7M+ at the Senior Director level
    • Shape and execute go-to-market and account growth strategies, collaborating with Slalom’s delivery, strategy, experience, data, and technology teams.
    • Advise executive stakeholders across business and technology, shaping transformation agendas that connect business strategy, operating models, and process change with relevant Slalom capabilities. Develop integrated solutions that apply Technology, Data, Cloud, Engineering, and AI to client priorities and measurable outcomes.
    • Lead high-impact proposals and pricing efforts, aligning solutions with client needs and delivery excellence
    • Guide cross-functional delivery teams to achieve measurable results across business transformation, product development, platform implementation, and operating model design
    • Balance client delivery with account leadership and growth responsibilities, with a personal billable utilization target of 45% at the Director level and 25% at the Senior Director level
    • Coach and mentor team members across client accounts, supporting growth, feedback culture, and inclusive leadership
    • Represent Slalom within your portfolio’s industry ecosystem, cultivating executive relationships and reinforcing Slalom’s position as a trusted strategic partner.

What You’ll Bring

    • A passion for growing major client relationships and a track record of finding opportunities in complex client environments.
    • A proven track record of strategic selling, enterprise account growth, and trusted advisory delivery, with demonstrated success managing and growing significant revenue portfolios
    • Relevant industry experience in one of the following portfolio areas:
        • Software/SaaS: Enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platforms, or platform-driven organizations. Experience with SaaS business models, product development, or enterprise go-to-market is relevant.
        • Semiconductor: Semiconductor, chip design, semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, hardware, electronics, or related advanced technology organizations.
    • Demonstrated depth in one or more areas such as business strategy, operating model or process transformation, Data and AI, Digital Engineering, or Technology Strategy.
    • Experience shaping, selling, and delivering consulting solutions that integrate business strategy, technology, data, and AI capabilities
    • Ability to engage credibly with both business and technology executives, serving as a trusted advisor on technology investments, AI adoption, and digital transformation priorities
    • Executive-level presence and the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate clearly across technical and business domains
    • 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in consulting, enterprise technology, or digital transformation environments
    • Operational acumen to manage delivery excellence, financial performance, and account operations while balancing level-specific utilization and growth expectations
    • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams across functions, capabilities, and locations
