Technical Experience and Leadership
- Experience with technically intensive healthcare spaces, such as operating rooms, imaging suites, laboratories, sterile-processing departments, and critical-care environments.
- Working knowledge of healthcare MEP systems, medical gas, emergency power, HVAC pressure relationships, and specialty equipment coordination.
- Ability to lead phased renovations and infrastructure upgrades while protecting patient safety and maintaining essential services.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and coaching skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical guidance for project teams.
