Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in our Design Group in our Fort Collins, CO office.  At Lamp Rynearson, our talented team of engineers takes care in connecting with a purpose to the communities along the Colorado Front Range. Join a growing team with specific leadership and strategic growth opportunities within the design group with a municipal focus. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university

  • Registered Professional Engineer with 5+ years of experience, including Municipality experience.

  • Provide project design direction, engineering review, project management, and construction contract administration for various municipal and design projects and clients.

  • Existing Muni relationships are highly preferred with a proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong knowledge of business fundamentals, including project control and client relations

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, from both a strategic and functional/project level.

  • Proven ability to work well with, coach, and direct others with different personalities and professional styles. Commitment to employee training and development.

  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Possess strong technical writing skills and written and verbal communication skills.
