A Senior DevOps Engineer is needed for a full-time, fully remote position. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving technical solutions in a small, fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and influence over infrastructure strategy. The organization is a growing software company actively investing in engineering talent and looking to bring on dedicated engineers who want to make a meaningful impact on the business as it continues to scale.

The team operates entirely within Microsoft Azure and supports a Windows/C# environment. The role will focus on Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud operations, and modernization efforts, with the opportunity to eventually build and lead a small DevOps team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and helping shape both the technical direction and future growth of the organization.
Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level DevOps engineering experience
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments
• Experience working in a C# ecosystem
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive technical solutions
• Experience in small company, startup, or high-ownership environments

• Experience building or growing technical teams
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization efforts
