Volt is immediately hiring Dimensional Inspector & Planner/Quality Inspector (Aerospace Manufacturing)

– 2nd Shift in Valencia, CA.

Volt is hiring a Dimensional Inspector & Planner for a leading FAA-certified aerospace repair station. If you have experience with precision measuring tools, blueprint reading, CNC programming, and aerospace inspection, this is your opportunity to join a growing aviation team.
Key Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft landing gear and hydraulic components for wear, corrosion, and dimensional accuracy
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, CMMs, and technical specifications
• Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, bore gages, indicators, and height gages
• Develop repair plans and maintain FAA-compliant documentation
• Provide technical support to machinists and technicians

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, machining, or manufacturing inspection
• Fanuc CNC programming experience required
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Knowledge of chrome, nickel, cadmium, and thermal spray coatings preferred

Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
