Global Customer Experience Intern at Saint-Gobain

Job Description

Saint-Gobain’s Global Customer Experience team is looking for a remote summer intern who can support the continued digitalization and improvement of our global Customer Experience organization. The role would focus on turning operational data into actionable insights and helping us improve visibility, efficiency, and decision making across our sites.

This remote opportunity is designed to support global CX organizations across multiple sites, rather than being tied primarily to activities at one physical location.

Job Summary

The intern would gain hands on experience supporting areas such as:

• Power BI reporting/dashboard development

• ERP data analysis & reporting

• Customer Service KPIs, backlog, past due, & order management analytics

• Supply chain and customer delivery performance

• Data cleanup, validation, and process standardization

• Identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement

• Supporting automation and digital tools that reduce manual work

Requirements

-Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Data Science or other related disciplines with a business or operations focus.-

-Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.-

-Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.-

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.-

-Comfortable working with large datasets and validating data accuracy.-

-Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.-

-Understanding of supply chain, order management, inventory, or customer service concepts.-

-Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.-

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.-

-Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.-

-Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with an international team.
