As a Junior Front-End Web Developer (L1), you’ll help us build awesome marketing assets and will be collaborating with a team of other developers, designers, and account coordinators. We’re looking for someone who is fluent in HTML/CSS, with experience or interest in Marketing Automation in Pardot (we say “interest” because if you have the drive, we’re willing to train the right candidate for their Pardot Admin Certification). You’re someone who is able to run with instructions and thrive in a collaborative environment. You’ll also be able to work efficiently and produce quality assets under tight deadlines.

This position is fully remote, but there will be opportunities to attend events with teammates in person for those in the Austin, TX area.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting emailsacross a variety of clients, particularly in Outlook. 

• Building web pages in Webflow

• Use CSS Styling to execute and troubleshoot assets

• Assess assets and advise stakeholders of best-practices

• Email troubleshooting experience

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiar with javascript

• Salesforce CRM / Pardot Experience

• Graphic design: Adobe Creative Suite

• Animation skills 

• WordPress experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 (USD)
