THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Lead Gen Intern at Xactly Corporation, you will learn the role of an SDR.  You will know Xactly’s value proposition.  You will work closely with SDRs.  Also, you work closely with the SDR Managers to help assist with research and analysis on areas of opportunities and successes within the Sales and Lead Generation teams. In addition, you will learn how to build out accounts in Salesforce, create and update templates for effective communication with sales leaders, receive training on leveraging internal tools such as Sales Navigator and Salesforce, and work on other projects.

  

THE TEAM

Xactly’s Lead Generation team is a tight-knit global and growing team, looking to expand our capabilities and add individuals with diverse backgrounds. You will be working closely with the Sales Development Managers and supporting their mission to help drive a quality pipeline for the organization. 

 

 

THE SKILLSET

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2023-June 2025

  • The desire to pursue a career in Sales post-graduation 

  • Results-driven and competitive in nature 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technologies

 

BY THE END OF YOUR INTERNSHIP, YOU’LL

  • Learn the Lead Generation role. You will shadow several departments, including Lead Generation.  

  • Receive training on how to leverage internal tools, including Zoom info, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and more

  • Work with the SDR Managers to provide feedback on new campaigns to drive the pipeline

  • Partner with the current Sales Development teams to build out and update critical information in Salesforce 

  • Build relationships with internal business partners, including Sales and Marketing 

  • You will be seen as a well-versed expert in Lead Generation

The compensation range is specific to the United States and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A reasonable estimate of the range is $19.80 per hour.

 

Applications will be accepted only for those currently residing in the posted country for this role. There is no expectation of approval for an international relocation for this job.
