The University of Chicago’s Department of Medicine, Section of Pulmonary and Critical Care, is seeking part-time Clinical Associates at 10% effort for renewable terms of up to three years. Clinical responsibilities will be primarily based at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey, IL, with potential expansion of coverage to affiliated sites in Tinley Park, IL, Flossmoor, IL, Orland Park, IL, and Calumet City, IL, providing inpatient and outpatient clinical care during daytime or nocturnal shifts. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation is paid per hour. These positions are benefits ineligible.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) hold a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
