Job Description

We are growing substantially and searching for seasoned project managers to join and support our growth. Our project managers have a proven track record of effectively managing commercial construction projects ranging from $10 to $40+ million. They work independently and help lead the construction project team.

Hard Skills

• Experience monitoring project progress and quality
• Experience managing and analyzing project schedules
• Ability to monitor project costs including subcontractor and preparation of owner billings
• Experience coordinating project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, project drawings, and design changes

Soft Skills

• Ability to attend and conduct project and contractor coordination meetings

This is a contract position with a duration of 24 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

PM will be onsite in WV for a new construction data center build
