Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, finished product, stability, and environmental samples.
• Develop, qualify, validate, and transfer analytical methods.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, qualify, and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Investigate questionable results, OOS events, and analytical failures.
• Review and interpret test data against specifications and control limits to support product release decisions.
• Prepare and revise SOPs, protocols, technical reports, deviation reports, and trend analyses.
• Support method transfers, contract laboratory coordination, audits, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, compliance, and accurate documentation.
• Train junior analysts and support continuous improvement initiatives.
