Senior Administrative Assistant at AnaptysBio Inc

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides critical and timely administrative support to relieve and assist the AnaptysBio team of complex details and advanced administrative duties. The Senior Administrative Assistant performs extensive coordination and communication both within AnaptysBio and with outside parties, working with information that is of a critical and confidential nature. 

  

Essential Functions

Provide administrative support such as managing schedules, arranging appointments and itineraries, coordinating meetings, calls, and expense reports. 

Manage all aspects of conference attendance registration and travel arrangements.

Provide purchasing support, submitting purchase requisitions and contract requests through internal systems. 

Interface and communicate with internal customers, directing people to appropriate resources.

Consistently handles confidential or business-sensitive information.

Proactively and independently plans and organizes administrative responsibilities.

May provide back up for other administrative activities such as stocking kitchen and office supply areas. 

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience: 

High School Diploma and 3-4 years of administrative experience required

Knowledge and Competencies: 

Must possess good organization skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Proven ability to take initiative, determine priorities, respond in a timely fashion, exercise good judgement, and practice discretion with confidential information.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Team player able to organize multiple tasks of varying priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with various levels of co-workers, upper management, and external customers while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.

Strong contributor in a team environment.

Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to successfully meet tight deadlines.

Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, managing competing demands, and changing approaches or methods to best fit the situation.

Salary Description

$58,400-$75,000, 8% bonus, 10% 401k match, Equity
