Spartronics is seeking an experienced Site General Manager to lead our established manufacturing operations in Brooksville, Florida, located in the greater Tampa Bay region.
As a trusted manufacturing partner to leading Aerospace & Defense customers, Spartronics specializes in complex, high-reliability electronics manufacturing, including printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), surface mount technology (SMT), electromechanical assembly, testing, and integrated manufacturing solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to take full ownership of site performance, accelerate profitable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive operational excellence across a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
You’ll play a critical role in advancing our Aerospace & Defense business while developing strong leadership teams, expanding manufacturing capabilities, and positioning the Brooksville facility for continued success.
What You’ll Do
Lead Site Operations: Provide strategic and operational leadership across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Program Management.
Own Full-Site P&L: Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational budgets, financial performance, and long-term business results.
Accelerate Business Growth: Execute strategies to expand manufacturing capabilities, improve capacity utilization, strengthen customer partnerships, and support new business opportunities.
Deliver Manufacturing Excellence: Oversee complex electronics manufacturing operations, including SMT, PCBA, through-hole assembly, testing, and high-reliability manufacturing processes.
Strengthen Customer Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with Aerospace & Defense customers while ensuring exceptional quality, delivery, responsiveness, and program execution.
Champion Operational Excellence: Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and applicable industry standards.
Develop Great Teams: Build, mentor, and empower high-performing leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, safety, and employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including demonstrated full-site P&L responsibility.
Proven success leading manufacturing facilities with accountability for financial performance, operational execution, customer satisfaction, and organizational development.
Strong background in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA, SMT, and high-reliability manufacturing operations.
Experience in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments supporting complex, technically demanding products.
Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, and expand manufacturing capabilities.
Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with highly regulated customer and quality requirements.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, AS9100, ITAR, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement, and capital investment decisions.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams and collaborating with executive leadership.
U.S. Citizenship required due to potential future Secret Security Clearance requirements.

Our 105,000-square-foot Brooksville manufacturing facility is a key Aerospace & Defense operation within Spartronics’ global manufacturing network. The site specializes in complex, high-reliability electronics manufacturing for leading commercial aerospace OEMs and defense contractors, supporting mission-critical applications where quality, precision, and reliability are essential.
From prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) through full-scale production, our Brooksville team delivers advanced manufacturing capabilities, including:
Electronics Manufacturing: SMT, printed circuit board and circuit card assemblies (PCBA/CCA), and through-hole assembly.
Complex Assembly & Integration: Electromechanical assemblies, cable and wire harnesses, and integrated systems.
Advanced Testing & Quality: Automated optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection, functional testing, and environmental stress screening.
Aerospace & Defense Applications: Aircraft engine controls, flight data recorders, missile threat detection, secure communications, and defense electronics.
Operating under rigorous quality standards, including AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, and ITAR compliance, our Brooksville facility plays an important role in delivering dependable solutions for some of the industry’s most demanding programs.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $170,000-$210,000 Annually
Annual Performance Bonus: 30% target
